What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment without being charged. Appointments canceled or changed less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at full price.
Are you open on the weekends?
Some of our Housekeepers work on weekends; however, we need an advance notice of a minimum of 48 hours for weekend jobs. Most of our cleaners have families and work only when they are needed and enjoy a great work/life balance.
Do I need to be home when the housekeepers arrive?
No, you do not. Many of our customers aren’t home when we clean for them. Please be sure to leave accurate instructions so we can access your home and not waste any of your valuable cleaning time.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We use and provide environmentally friendly supplies and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your apartment, with a few exceptions.
We do not provide:
- Toilet brush
- Specialty products, including, but not limited to:
– Wood cleaner
– Bleach
– Stainless steel cleaner
– Paint remover
– Mold remover
We are happy to use these items if provided by you and left out in clear view for our cleaning staff, accompanied by directions on their use.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
We accept all major credit and debit cards with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express logo, and a payment link can be sent for payment.
We do not accept cash payments or checks. Tips may be given in cash form or added to the card payment (optional).
Do the cleaning professionals go through background checks?
We make sure to only hire cleaners with the utmost professionalism, clean abstract, and dependability. We understand it takes a lot to trust someone with your house, so we do absolutely everything we can to put your mind at ease. We run local, state, and national background checks on every staff member during the interview and vetting process.
Do you send the same professional cleaners each time?
Our utmost priority is to consistently assign the same cleaner to your residence when you opt for our recurring cleans. In instances where specific cleaners are not accessible, we guarantee that your appointment will be upheld by another dedicated Bedazzle Cleaning team member.
